BOOKING AND CALLS

Booking a free audit call does not create any binding obligation for either party. It is an opportunity to discuss your needs and determine whether working together makes sense.

PAYMENT

Pricing and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing (email or contract) before any paid work begins. Standard pricing is listed on this site but may be adjusted based on project scope, discussed during your audit call.

PROJECT SCOPE

Any work performed will be based on a clearly defined scope agreed upon before starting. Changes to scope after work begins may affect pricing and timelines.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

While I build systems designed to improve lead follow-up, conversion, and operational efficiency, I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside of the system itself, including your team's use of it, market conditions, and existing business processes.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary accounts, information, and feedback required to complete the agreed-upon work.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of systems built or services provided, beyond the value of fees paid for the specific service in question.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of this site or ongoing services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
